Calibration of linear and rotary axes and ballbar analysis

We have all the competence and high quality Renishaw tools for performing calibration of linear and rotary axes of machine tools. During the years we have developed compensation skills for almost all control systems today at market place, such as Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc, Fagor, Mazatrol, Haas, etc. We can do both linear axis (such as X,Y,Z,W,etc.) and rotary axis (such as B,C, etc.) with following calibrators:

• 2  items of Renishaw XL-80 laser interferometers
• 1 item of XR20-W rotary axis calibrator

We also have Renishaw ballbar QC20-W system for ballbar analysis of the machine tools.
